We walk with you through life’s
most vulnerable moments.

Brainspotting (BSP)

BSP is a powerful therapy that utilizes the power of both body and mind to process emotional distress, memories, or trauma stored in the deep parts of the brain. BSP relies heavily on the grounding presence of the therapist and their relationship with the client. Many people report brainspotting as “accelerated” compared to traditional talk therapy and require less sessions to work through presenting symptoms.

Infertility Support

Infertility can be an emotionally exhausting journey filled with uncertainty. You may feel as though you have been silenced and isolated from others. It can take a toll on relationship, mental well-being, and self-worth. Whether you are struggling to conceive for the first time or secondary infertility, we process these challenges, regulate complex emotions, and find resilience along the way.

Miscarriage and Pregnancy Loss

Miscarriage and pregnancy loss weigh heavy on your heart as you mourn the loss of your baby and a future you had already imagined. Grief may come in ways that feel unmanageable, and you may feel disconnected with your body and others around you. We provide a beacon of hope as we work through your loss, honor your experience, and navigate towards healing.

Birth Trauma

For months, you imagine the day you will meet the newest member of your family. Instead the birth you envisioned was nothing you could have prepared for. Birth trauma comes in many forms. Maybe your voice was not listened to or you were physically injured. You experience a sense of loss, sadness, and anxiety around the future. We work to lessen anxiety, process trauma, and rebuild hope.

Perinatal Mental Health

The perinatal period stretches from conception through the first year after birth. You may experience depression, anxiety or PTSD during or after pregnancy. You have a new set of responsibilities, a new identity, a new baby to take care of while you are trying to recover from giving birth. The days are long, and the nights can be longer. You don’t have to do it alone; we see you and support you.

Support for Moms

Motherhood may look glamorous in the media around us, but most know it can be challenging, exhausting, and overwhelming. Expectations from ourselves, family, and society seem to pile on more and more each day, and you may feel a sense of shame when you cannot meet all of what is asked. In therapy, we compassionately explore the past, current patterns, and find balance between who you were before and who you are now.
