I love helping women unlock their potential in wherever they may be in life. We are built to overcome hardship, and it’s my passion to support you through what life throws at you. I specialize in providing support and healing for women who have experienced birth trauma, miscarriage, infertility, postpartum depression/anxiety, and perinatal mental health challenges. Whether you are considering starting a family or already navigating the ups and downs of motherhood, I am here to meet you in this space together. I seek to provide personalized treatment and support for each client towards healing.
In 2019, I graduated with my Masters of Social work from UT at Arlington. I was inspired to pursue the degree as I listened to countless stories of bravery, vulnerability, and perseverance while working with victims of sexual assault and abuse. As a social worker, I’ve continued to work with women and their families in counseling roles at school, healthcare, and domestic violence shelters.
I was born in Texas and grew up in Arlington. When I’m not in sessions, I’m usually scoping out local parks with my children, doing something creative, or reading a good book.

We are located in North Texas in the DFW area. We are currently offering virtual/telehealth sessions to clients in the state of Texas.
Limited, in-person sessions may be available on request.

We get it. It’s difficult to prioritize all of life’s responsibilities and yourself. We offer telehealth sessions that allow you to complete therapy at home without the commute to the office. We are currently offering appointments during a wide variety of hours during the week and also on Saturdays.

Yes! We are currently accept Cigna, Aetna, and BCBS.
We can issue a Superbill, which can be submitted for out of network benefits. We encourage you to call your insurance to inquire about OON benefits.

From the first session, our goal is to finish therapy. You will work with your therapist to determine the length of treatment with routine checks on progress.
Many clients report improvement after 2-4 sessions of brainspotting. Keeping your objectives in mind, many obtain desired results after 10-15 sessions.

You are welcome to think of a particular issue to work on for that session. We not a practice that gives homework or does worksheets. We address what you’re feeling in the present moment.
